Nicole Liz Faria is a Women Entrepreneur who ventured into her directorial debut at the age of 13 years. She is from a small Village of Goa called Navelim, that does not have more than 4,000 inhabitants.
She took her primary education at a convent school - Mary Immaculate Panjim and then she pursued her Higher Education from Our Lady of The Rosary Higher Secondary, Donapaula, Goa.
Nicole has also been an all rounder excelling in her extra curricular where she has been a state champion in athletics and has represented the state of Goa at the National level for Rugby.
Professionally Nicole has made a world record of 5555 Cupcakes in February 2016 at a young age of 12 years. In which each cupcake was different from the other and all was done in a span of 12 hours at The Marriott, Goa.
In 2018 Nicole was a curator for The Indian Chef Awards where she took 7 trailers across the country & a cook off amongst the reputed Chefs was organised which was streamed live across various platforms. There were more than 1000 chefs who participated in the cook off followed by its finals in Goa, which was all done at the age of 15 years.
She developed Happy Women after she had a realisation that women were devoid of their happiness and felt insufficient as to not being able to have enough happiness in their life and to a certain extent Nicole took a lot of inspiration from women around her.
She started this company Excabular Women Infotech Private Limited on her brother’s name in November 2019 as she was a minor when she first began her official journey as an entrepreneur. However due to covid there was a gradual delay in the official start of Happy Women but in 2021 when Nicole turned 18 she took full control of the conglomerate and started Happy Women Global.
Happy Women Global is the world’s first SuperApp for women and it’ll be the largest aggregator for women. In this application anything a woman requires right up from setting up her bank account to getting insurance to trading on the stock market and even getting a blood test everything is available on the platform, this will make it easily accessible and more convenient for women across the world.
She has tied up with various aggregators such as IIFL, Peraj, Yatra, Snapmint, Aptech, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Union Bank of India, Daawat, HyFun, Sid's Farm, Mapro, Meatzza, Uttam Sugar, Transformatrix and more.
Every momentous segment will be on this platform and the journey just has begun humanising us as a company for building a massive cologmerate.
As of now she is being mentored by Mr. Ajoykant Ruia for Management, Mr. Sriram Gopalaswamy for e-commerce, Mr. Sanjay Sharma for Hospitality, Mr. Sunil Soni for Culinary Experiences, in process of completing three major mentorships by January 2023.
